Responsibilities:
• After-sales support and client service, including training of clients on the use of the product and dealing with their queries
• Probing in detail to collect client feedback on their online experience and passing feedback to product team
• Maintaining relationships with clients and following up with them to renew their subscriptions

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
• At least 3 years of corporate sales and/or customer service experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Comfort with PC and internet tools
• Good thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic is a must
Typical previous job titles for the candidate include: Account executive, Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Telemarketing / Telesales Executive, Customer Service Executive or Sales Executive.
