About the Job :
| The job will involve training various services centers in the region on Lean Principles and coach implementation and to develop short and long term improvement plans. Write procedures, standards, and work instructions for service provider to the upstream oil market. Perform internal and external system audits. To Work with management to establish Key Performance Indicators, establish data collection methods. To lead the problem solving process through root cause analysis. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
The candidate should preferably have a degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a strong operational background. Knowledge of Quality Management, HSE, financial and other administrative principles and practices is mandatory for this role. Project Management experience is a definite advantage for this position.
A minimum of 10 years of experience within the operation function with at least 2 years in implementing lean principles Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this position. Proven ability to communicate fluently with all levels of people within the region is necessary. The job will require a large amount of travel within the region
