Duties:
Managing multiple high profile multi million dirham projects for district cooling (DC) plants and/or networks as well as energy transfer rooms, from inception to handover. This will include customer liaison as well as management of consultants, contractors and vendors by utilizing best practices in project management to ensure timely completion of quality projects within budget. Senior Managers will report to the Project Director and will be responsible for managing multiple Project Managers within a portfolio of projects. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Requirements:
Graduates in relevant Engineering disciplines with appropriate experience fulfilling a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering sizeable, prestigious projects in the utility, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors. Additional qualifications such as Masters in PM, MAPM, PMP or PRINCE certification preferred. Previous experience in the district cooling industry will be an added advantage.
