JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE
1) Evaluates and recommends pre engineering and engineering concepts, designs and development for Corrosion mitigation and control systems and programs associated with the Company's oil and gas production, transport and export.
2) Provides expert / consultancy service to other engineers / users and approves designs for modifications and/or requests for corrosion engineering support.
3) Is well experienced in Cathodic Protection, Chemical Treatment, Internal Corrosion Monitoring, Failure Investigation, Coating inspection & evaluation, Data Gathering and Processing, Miscellaneous Corrosion Inspection. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Must have 12 years' experience in:
a) corrosion control and mitigation within the oil/gas production industry
b) design and development of projects covering chemical treatment
c) corrosion monitoring, protective coatings, cathodic protection,
d) sour service material selection and industrial water treatment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
B.Sc in chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or equivalent
Experience: 12 - 14 years
Education: Bachelor's Degree
