Job Description/
Responsibilities
Reports To: Reliability & Performance Team Leader
1. Basic Function and Scope: Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the onshore and offshore maintenance strategy activities and documentation. Ensuring that the facilities integrity, reliability, availability and maintainability of the relevant offshore equipment are optimised, so that production targets can be achieved. Integrating maintenance change and control through condition monitoring implementation and analysis using best practice maintenance tactics. Provide first line onshore support for the planning, execution and re-prioritising of the maintenance strategy implementation of planned and corrective maintenance. Managing the relevant onshore vendor activities, materials, spares and performance Adheres to and supports the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of cleints Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management system. Ensure HSEQ issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility.
2. Tasks and Duties: Operational Spares Strategies and Processes:
Technical support to operations personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of all asset systems and equipment.
Primary focal point for all technical content, format and structure of all Maintenance related documentation.
Good knowledge and ability to carry out RCM Analysis, FMEA and Criticality Studies and Maintenance Strategy development.
Ensure legislation, company policy, procedures and Safety Management System is followed in all work undertaken.
Monitors and asses the performance, failures and serviceability of all plant and equipment and reports on the activities undertaken.
Working with the Senior CMMS Specialist Development of the MAXIMO maintenance management system and all related documentation including planned maintenance routines, risk assessments, isolation procedures, etc.
Day to day focal point for the implementation of the Maintenance Strategy Review and Maximo Update Project for all Asset Equipment.
Analysis of condition monitoring data and compilation of recommendations to Technical Authorities for Maintenance Strategy Change.
Responsible for auditing, maintaining and continuous improvement of the Maintenance Change Request System
Implements, integrates and reviews planned maintenance programmes in order to meet statutory and vendor requirements, ensuring that all work is accurately recorded.
Ensures all third party support performs in accordance with the contract deliverables and reports on progress.
Is familiar with the appropriate statutory legislation, Safety Case, and Safety Management Systems used to support the role.
Ensures all equipment in hazardous areas is maintained in accordance with the appropriate legislation, guidelines, assurance and verification practices.
3. Work Contacts: Most significant contacts include the Performance and Reliability Team Leader, Senior CMMS Specialist, Maintenance Team Leader (Onshore) Support, Offshore Senior Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisors.
4. Independence of Operation: Works according to established procedures and specialized technical, clerical and administrative standards. Completed work is subject to subsequent review by Performance and Reliability Team Leader and Maintenance Team Leader (Onshore) Support.
4. Supervisory Responsibility: None at present.
5. Physical Effort: 20% of the time is spent walking or standing. Occasional offshore visits are required.
6. Work Environment: Normally air-conditioned office environment
7. Minimum Requirements: Min 10 years experience in industry operations in a business systems and processes with a 5 years in a maintenance management coordination role. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
a. Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, Access.
b. Detailed understanding of Asset Management System preferably Maximo or similar i.
c. Good understanding of inventory management d. Effective interpersonal skills and oral and written communications.
e. Good understanding of offshore maintenance processes with a background in Maintenance and Operations.
f. Mentor/Training skills, ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
g. Self directed and highly motivated
