Responsibilities:

Tasks will involve quality risk assessments, including HAZOP, HAZID and bow-tie assessment, as well as frequency analysis and physical effects modelling.
Developing and coordinating production of HSE Cases Providing technical HSE and management system advice to existing facilities and major design projects, supporting demonstration of ALARP Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of standards, methods, data and use of appropriate software Producing project deliverables on time and to budget Managing and developing clients Developing new business.

For the right candidate there will also be a relocation package.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Requirements:

Candidates will have a strong background in technical health, safety and environmental risk engineering and management.
Interested candidates should have a good understanding of the technical and managerial issues essential to HSE risk within the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
In addition, candidates should have an interest in business development and have good organizational and communication skills.
Candidates will also need to a degree level in relevant science or engineering discipline.
One years experience for junior positions and five years for more senior positions.
A good knowledge of industry standard software tools.
