Provide customized solutions to customers using the latest technology.
The Crewing Assistant will be responsible for the following:
1. Checking the documents of the newly hired sea staff for their validity;
2. Maintaining the personnel file of the sea staff up to date at all times;
3. Preparation of employment contract.
4. Ensuring that all off-signing sea staff have updated appraisal;
5. Assisting in the preparation of the monthly payroll for the sea staff;
6. Coordinating with different agents for required documentation. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Must have 2-3 years experience in the same role;
Proficient in English language;
With good communication skills;
Computer literate and
Can work with multi-culture environment.
