POSITION:
Webmaster and IT support for the Team of Bureau van Dijk at European Space Agency, Information & Documentation and Knowledge Centre (LEX-CK)
DUTY STATION:
European Space Agency (ESTEC), Noordwijk, The Netherlands
DUTIES:
Software maintenance. Document Management Systems and Library management: Participation to software selection, acquisition and maintenance; responsibility for access control monitoring from both inside and outside ESA; support to Information processing; liaison with the Informatics department and with external systems and service providers. Establishment and maintenance of routines to generate user statistics.
IDC- and Associated Web sites. Responsibility for the user interface maintenance, data processing and technical liaison with the associated web sites owners. Participation to web template/web function script creation.
Hardware & equipment. In co-operation with other ESA entities, participation to hardware and library equipment maintenance.
Second level User Support for the above and backup to specific web editing tasks and library equipment monitoring.
