Job Description:
My client is an International Architectural Practice with offices worldwide. They are well known for innovative design solutions and have the specialist design skills and large project capability required to achieve consistent world-class standards.
They are very active in Eastern Europe and therefore require a Russian or Romanian speaking Part 3 Architect to work on their projects based in Russia or Romania.
Your role will include the following duties:
Liase and coordinate overseas projects offices in Russia or Romania on day to day architectural duties (projects include Hotels, Resorts, Residential Housing, Offices
Master Planning and Interior Design
Project manage other various task requirements |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and background:
Fluency in either Russian OR Romanian, as well as English, both written and spoken
Be Part 3 qualified or hold an equivalent qualification
Have previous relevant work experience
NB: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. The salary for the right candidate is up to £30,000 - £38,000 |
