• Review Tender Package of assigned bids for multi-discipline & EPC projects, Prepare Tender synopsis/ Responsibility Matrix, update BCS, distribution of the Tender docs to various disciplines within the organization for Technical inputs, pricing, Schedule Preparation, Coordination with Estimators, Engineering and other departments via. production, Planning, HSE, QA/QC, Commercial, Operations, Prepare and submit Techno- Commercial proposals for EPC projects, Vessels, Offshore & Onshore process modules/ Platforms/Jackets/ Tripods of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Heavy Industries, attending client clarifications, Contract Negotiations in Pre & Post award stage of the project/ Bids.
• Issue RFQ for subcontracts for Civil / HVAC/ specialized services like TPI, coordination with the various disciplines, Preparation of Pricing summary & detailed spreadsheets for Management review as well as client's schedule of pricing, compiling the Techno-Commercial proposal as per client's requirement.
• Making proposals based on client's requirement and preparing Project execution plan/Work Methodology, coordination with Joint Venture/subcontract Partners for various EPC projects, preparation of Project Management/ Construction Management costing, Facilities costing/ Finance / Bond/ Freight Charges as applicable. Checking other departments for various inputs like HSE statistics/ QC documentation requirements/ credentials of company. Requesting Finance Department for Bid Bonds.
• Prepare complete proposal and review with Lead Proposals Engineer/Proposals Manager/ Vice Presidents as required, ensure Submission of the proposals in a timely manner as per client requirements, techno-commercial clarification Receipts & submittals, Attending client meetings as required, Contractual clarifications in the pre & post order stage.
• Well conversed with multi discipline project activities of both Onshore and Offshore, technical write-ups, study of commercial conditions.
• Assist in planning department in the schedules and coordination & follow-up with procurement in timely obtaining quotes.
• Receipt of LOI/ PO/ Contract, Review of same, Making Acknowledgement, preparation of final spreadsheet, handing of complete copy of files to Project Department for the execution of the project, Clarifying project department queries during project execution. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with ten years relevant experience in proposals/bidding in Oil & Gas Industry. Exposure to high capital value projects in a multi disciplined environment.
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Able to work in a fast-paced, scheduled driven environment.
- Be conversant with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Standard |
