As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required:
To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient and seamless service is provided
To cold-call businesses, arrange and attend sales visits and presentations
To proactively manage and develop existing client accounts identifying opportunities to grow new revenue
To continuously meet and exceed clients resourcing expectations
To interview and match candidates to client's roles
To manage the whole recruitment process from attrition to fruition

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
What we want are money hungry people with the ambition and the desire to succeed. The person we are looking for will have outstanding negotiation, communication and selling skills and polite telephone manner.
You will be organised, computer literate and passionate about what you do. You will have a "can-do" and a "play hard - work hard" attitude.
You will be a fluent English speaker and will ideally have a solid background within recruitment.
