About the Job :
We are looking for dynamic and sales oriented person. Among your duties will be overall responsibility for management of sales, responsibility for customer facing staff within company and improve current process.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Identify, research and qualify prospective markets
- Coordinate the sales process to meet assigned financial objectives
- Understand customer's business requirements
- Prepare, implement and track sales strategies
- Manage staff to maintain & improve sales
- Evaluations and motivation of sales team
- Maximise profitability
- Maintain a high quality of display
- Reporting

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Fluent English or Czech/Slovak
- Ideally experience in a volume car dealership involved in new or used car sales or from a FCMG company
- Strong customer orientation
- Good people skills, natural motivator and couch
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under stress
- Flexible to travel |
