About the Job :
Managing sale of financial products, deal saving, reporting, setting up strategies. Negotiations with VIP clients. Managing our Budapest leasing team (20-22 people). Recruitment and training of new employees, evaluations and motivation of financial services sellers. Dealing with VIP clients. Dealing with difficult customers. Implement standard policies. Improve and maintain relationships with partners. Help the company expand into other cities across Hungary.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- At least 2 years of experience with selling financial products (loans, leasing etc.) and managing a sales team
- Ability to lead meetings with partners
- Fluent English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks from start to completion
- Able to work under stress
- Flexibility to travel. |
