About the Job :
We are looking for person who would create with us new business from the beginning and would be main coordinator of the most effective buying strategy in the country. Main responsibilities:
- Value all new used car stock
- Management of a team of buyers at the branch
- Monitoring of the market
- Helping with creating of buying strategy
- Coordination of stock with headquarters in Prague
- Communication with corporate clients, finding new sources of cars

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
- Fluent English or Czech/Slovak
- Basic knowledge of car business
- Able to appraise car, check technical conditions
- Willing to understand and complete pricing strategies
- Able to manage and motivate a small team
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to travel
