About the Job :
We are looking for a number of data centre operators to add to our existing Processing Centre team.
The job-holders will support operations in a multi-server, multi-client environment.
The role will involve researching and analysing exceptions and addressing customer enquiries.
Our Processing Centre provides 24 hour cover with teams working 12 hours shifts, 4 days on, 5 days off, 5 days on, 4 days off.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
To succeed in this position, you must have:
• The ability to effectively summarize technical issues, analyse processes,
identify issues and drive solutions in a timely and effective manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with both staff & clients
Added advantage:
• Previous working experience with Data Centre Operations
• Previous experience working with Lotus Notes
