About the Job :
PLANNER
This role would involve working directly with the Contracts Director and Director for Marketing where you would be heavily involved in any large scale pre-qualification documentation for projects in the Southern regions. This would be completed in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Officer and will involve the analysis, assessment and technical review of the project.
In conjunction with this part of the position you will also take responsibility in establishing overall programme durations and the production of the Master Programmes for projects in the region (where applicable). You will use a system for progress reporting and visit sites in turn to review programmes and progress.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
This role would suit a candidate with 5ys – 10 yrs experience in a similar environment who enjoys a varied and challenging role. A background in new build on a commercial level is essential as is an excellent knowledge of programming and management.
