About the Job :
Leading provider of Social Care in Central Southern England is looking for highly qualified Dentists from Europe.
Substantial number of vacancies will be available from August 2006 on initial 2 year contract will be issues which is renewable by agreement of both parties.
Full professional support, training and development will be available.
Practical help with the selection of accommodation and, where necessary, schools for children and jobs for wives/partner,
Dentists would be offered GBP50-55k per year with the opportunity of going up to GBP10k through private practice after one year.
Post Title: Dental Practitioner
Salary: GBP50-55k per annum, plus Private practice income and ability to participate in providing Out of Hours Services
Hours: 35 per week
Accountable to: Lead/ Managing Dentist
Notice period: 3 month
Method of payment: monthly direct debit transfer
Job Purpose:
To carry out the functions of the Personal Dental Services as specified within PDS agreement with the Primary Care Trust. The range of P.D.S. treatments includes
Oral examinations and diagnosis
Taking x rays
Giving local anaesthetics
Drilling away decayed parts of teeth or filling cavities
Performing root fillings and extractions
Fitting (crowns, bridges and dentures)
Advising on oral health |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications:
Licentiate or Master degree of Dental Surgery or equivalent recognized by UK G.D.C. (General Dental Council)
Registration with the General Dental Council
3 years clinical experience
Good communication skills
Understanding of management and professional issues
Excellent English (IELTS score at min. 6.5) |
