About the Company :
The FAAB ag architectural office was established in 2003. The objective of the office is to create an unconventional architectural environment, based on a close collaboration with the client, interdisciplinary cooperation, personal observation and sensitivity combined with professionalism. The office is situated in the capital of Poland-Warsaw.
The scope.FAAB ag is involved in a wide range of design projects. Beginning with the modernization and extension of a gothic castle, through to housing projects, net-type bank branches (nationally), sport centers and swimming pools. The office has also gained a great deal of expertise in the highly demanding field of healthcare projects. FAAB ag is experienced in handling projects realized outside of Warsaw and internationally and in cooperating with teams located in the different parts of the world.
We prepare: conceptual design packages, technical design packages (in order to get permit), tender packages, construction design packages as well as landscape-architectural studies and field analysis. Also: complete start-up packages: possible intensity, services and other terms regarding the future real estate project.
In order to meet the market demand to fulfill the clients needs for coherence in their developing enterprise, FAAB ag is often involved in creating a complete design package including: building design, interior design, marketing consulting, company indentification, branding, web design, etc.

About the Job :
We are currently taking applications from architects with project management, design and technical skills. The position requires to be involved in the design process from beginning to the end; to be able to consult with system engineers; and to eventually be responsible for on-site construction supervision.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
| Knowledge of ArchiCAD required. Knowledge of Polish language required. Knowledge of English language recommended. Min 2-3 year previous work experience. |
