About the Job :
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Design and implement videosurveillance / multimedia system architectures
* Analyze, design and implement databases
* Lead development of others team people
* Report team activity to project management |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Extensive object programming experience, during studies or in previous positions as software engineer
* 5-10 years of experience in industrial software development.
* Master Degree in Computer Sciences or related field
* In depth knowledge of C++
* Good knowledge of C# or Java
* In depth knowledge of the database design and implementation
* In depth knowledge of MySQL and Oracle database
* In depth knowledge of distributed database and database including cross-linked tables
* Experience with system programming under both Windows and Unix (Linux)
* Knowledge of Web based interface implementation (UML, PHP, Javascript)
* Able to manage small team
* Knowledge or experience in the following technologies/protocols: XML, SOAP, COM, Linux, HTTP,PHP, Apache, Java, .NET, DirectX, Database, distributed systems is a plus
* Autonomous, yet good team player.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
* Good communication skills
* Proactive, rigorous, methodic and able to work in a fast-moving climate.
* Fluent in English and Polish
