About the Job :
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
We are looking for reliable, customer focused individuals to join our customer care team, working at our office in Prague in the role of CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALISTS. Responsibilities will include giving support to Customers with commercial enquiries, using phone, web or email, using PeopleSoft, Siebel and SAP customer care software, for which full training will be provided. Customer Care staff will learn the company's commercial policies and procedures, and actively contribute to making improvements. Quality of Service is a key measurement for the company, and we use both ISO 9001:2000 and Six Sigma quality approaches. Successful candidates will learn these quality techniques and contribute to their use to further improve our Customer Care team's performance. Daily activities will include the processing and follow-up of orders, from receipt through to invoicing; the accurate and timely implementation of Special Price Agreements; making lead-time commitments; taking care of blanket orders, special delivery conditions, as well as preparing special supporting documents; keeping customer files up to date, and other related duties as required.


Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidates for our open positions in Customer Care should be fluent in one of either Italian, French, Russian or Arabic languages, and also have good spoken and written English language. Czech language, while an advantage, is not a pre-requisite for these positions.
The position would suit positive "people-oriented" individuals who have good communication and organizational skills, and who can work without constant supervision. Previous experience in customer care / customer service positions would be beneficial, however full training will be provided to those we feel have good potential based on other factors. Candidates would be anticipated to have some prior familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office in an office or study environment
