About the Job :
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
*Analyse and improve processes within the Commercial area, focusing on putting control around problem resolution and communication processes in SAP, EDI and web order entry tools - adjust IT support processes to business practices. Extensive use of collaboration tools will be needed: phone, teleconference, email etc.
*Design and put process control in place to increase user productivity by providing continuous system operation. This includes reporting and trend-analysis, also.
*Set up and operate a process to manage enhancement-requests within IT. This process should cover the needs of prioritization and reporting / tracking

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree
*Very good command of English
*Strong problem solving and analysis skills
*Ability to work independently under minimum supervision, use of creativity and proactiveness in solving issues
*Basic technical skills with ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new systems
*Process-oriented mindset with clear customer focus
