About the Company :
Leading investment bank active in corporate finance and asset management and underwriting activities

About the Job :
Responsibilities:
• Identify new financing opportunities in line with the bank's objectives
• Work throughout the whole project life cycle of the Bank. Lead, assess, structure, negotiate and execute transactions
• Manage and lead the project team
• Perform the financial and risk analysis of counterparts and/or cash flows, prepare financial projections
• Produce mandatory internal reports and recommendations for financing decisions in English or French
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients/borrowers and follow up developments of the projects

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications:
• University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Finance/Economics or related
• Minimum of three to five years proven professional experience in the banking/financial industry, preferably in long term lending
• Strong financing, credit assessment, risk analysis and documentation skills
• Experience and aptitude in direct contact with clients and negotiation of contracts
• Excellent knowledge of English or French and a good command of the other. Knowledge of other European Union languages would be an advantage.

• Ability to draft clear and concise reports
• Strong inter-personal/negotiation skills at all levels in a multicultural environment
