About the Job :
The successful candidate will work as part of a team and with the Head of Unit. S/he will have internal contacts with colleagues and external contacts with borrowers, co-financiers and advisers.
Responsibilities:
For a diversified portfolio of transactions, located mainly in the EU, and reflecting the Bank's Credit Risk Policy Guidelines:
• Monitor, manage and, where necessary, restructure signed Project Finance ('PF') transactions
• Develop, recommend, negotiate actions and responses to waivers, re-financings and restructurings in cooperation with colleagues
• Prepare regular financial reviews
• Review and comment on new PF transactions prior to approval and signature |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications:
• Track record in project and structured finance established in a minimum of 3 years professional experience in banking, advisory or project development
• University degree, preferably in economics/finance/business administration
• Excellent knowledge of English and command of French. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills to rapidly review transaction structures, legal frameworks and cash flows (including financial model) and provide clear recommendations.
• Capacity to draft clear and concise reports.
• Good inter-personal skills at all levels in a multicultural environment as well as negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
