About the Job :
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Position is responsible for complete oversight and direction of Environmental Health and Safety policies, procedures and compliance activities in EMEA. Position has multiple direct reports with specific media expertise who provide on-sight guidance, counsel and training as needed . Specific areas include but are not limited to employee health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance and site remediation.
* Implement proactive programs to reduce injuries and injuries
* Ensure compliance programs and activities are rigorous to eliminate notice of violation and air/water exceedences
* Schedule and coordinate Session E in respective Pole.
* Participate in Session C, the planning, assessment and development of EHS talent in the business
* Responsible for preparing and managing EHS project and base cost budgets

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications/Requirements:
* BS or BA in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science or related discipline
* 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing or industrial setting
* Team leadership Experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proven record of I&I reduction, project leadership, and regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated excellence of leadership growth traits
Desired:
* MS in Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental Science or related discipline
* Blackbelt certified
