Description
Indirect Procurement is a global organization, part of WW Operations group; Indirect Procurement charter is to achieve industry leading operations cost and service level through the development and execution of procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
The "EMEA Marketing, Contact Center & Alliance" team focuses on defining procurement strategies that effectively supports the company's Business and function strategies and programs.
Effective sourcing and management of strategic suppliers directly impacts the bottom line. In close alignment with WW programs and strategies, you'll be responsible for driving the development of EMEA wide suppliers and projects, meeting and beating targets for cost savings.The challenges vary in scale from leadership of procurement strategy for complex services that typically spans multiple business and multiple countries, to the leadership of regional sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management and contract development.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership
- Project Mgt skills and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven Procurement expertise (Sourcing, Negotiation, contracting, risk Mgt)
- Analytical skills
- Fluent English
- International experience
- Knowledge of the outsourcing industry |
