The company has been closely associated with the Russian economy for more than 100 years. At present, the company has come to be a major direct foreign investor into the Russian economy in various fields of activities including oil and gas exploration, production, transportation and refining, marketing of oil products, petrochemicals, commercial and industrial lubricants, construction and operation of retail stations.

About the Job :
Duties
1. HR routine paperwork:
- Prepare organization list - Shtatnoe raspisanie - (list of employees’ job titles and vacancies with salaries) for the period of one year and addendums if necessary
- Prepare Leave schedule for the period of one year for all staff with addendums if necessary
- Process necessary paperwork for employees’ employment, transfer and termination
- Process necessary paperwork for employees’ remuneration, benefit and compensation according to existing policies and procedures
- Maintain employees’ personal files, labour books and HR data base
- Local employees’ on-boarding (induction) to the company
- Implementing existing and new HR policies and procedures
- Maintain annual leave table, sportclub membership table, etc.

2. Insurances:
- Provide employees with updated information on existing insurance programs
- Monitor and control the process of employees’ and their family members insurance and duly payments to Insurance companies
- Maintain Medical and Life insurance data bases

3. Payroll data:
- Prepare time sheets each month for local staff
- Collect data necessary to include into locals and expatriates payroll and tax basis to issue payroll (for advance and main payments)/UST base spreadsheets
- Arrange payroll payments to local staff

4. Employees:
- Time management
- Payroll reports

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Formal qualification level required to perform the job:
- Higher education, degree in the relevant field. HR-related training is a plus
Years and sort of experience required
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar position with major oil companies or international EP projects
- Good interpersonal and fair communication skills
- Working knowledge of the basic HR requirements
- Good command of English, written & verbal
- Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Power Point
