About the Job :
Duties:
1. Expense claims processing (registration, accounting, payments).
2. Accounting of corporate credit cards settlements (AMEX and ABN RUR cards), including credit cards issuance.
3. Perform Petty Cash operations, accounting and reconciliation.
4. Control over the employee's debts
5. Process expense claims payments through e-banking payment system
6. Accounting of banking operations.
7. Perform accounting of subscriptions.
8. Collect all necessary supporting documents for accurate processing of expense claims and petty cash transactions in GL in accordance with RAP
9. Compliance with Monthly Closing Schedule

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Requirements:
• Higher education: degree in Finance or Accounting
• Good knowledge of Russian accounting standards
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• Understanding of Russian Tax and Western accounting
• Good command of English
• Good communication skills
• Computer skills: conversant with Ms Office, Accounting software (ideally SUN)
