About the Job :
Duties:
Responsible for the provision of a comprehensive range of administrative services:
Experience and Qualification required:
Stationery and office supplies
Process invoices and prepare reports
Meeting room tracking
Office purchases
Subscriptions
Document archiving (offsite storage), retrieval and disposal
Notarization of documents
Intranet updates of Business Services site
Backup to Reception

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
The role involves delivery of services to and regular contact with employees, visitors and external contacts including those on senior levels within business. This requires excellent communication skills, a customer–focused approach and the ability to establish good relationships with both internal and external clients and service providers.
Experience working in an international office service organization.
Excellence in written and verbal communication.
Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
Good computer skills: Ms Office (Word , Excel, Outlook )
