About the Job :
On behalf of our client, a dynamic group of companies operating in the property, infrastructure, design and development field, we are searching for an internationally experienced IN-HOUSE LAWYER to provide legal advice to the international CEO and manage an extensive team of external lawyers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide legal advice to the CEO and manage the Legal activities of this Group;
- Maintain and manage the relationship between the Company and its external legal representation;
- Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments at a national and EU level that could impact the business activity;
- Drafting of correspondence & contracts;
- Participate as an active member of the Management Team that will help drive the business forward for years to come.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Requirements:
- A qualified Romanian Lawyer with international working experience willing to return in the country;
- Fluent English Communication Skills;
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
