About the Job :
This world’s largest voice and electronic interdealer broker require a Money Market Sales person (minimum of 2 years experience) focusing on Romanian markets based in London.
• Manage all aspects of a London Money Market book, as assigned, covering sales and broking.
• Provide active gathering and relevant support to all sales channels, both internal and external ensuring accurate and timely delivery of product
• Generate revenues from pro-actively managing the business within the Spot + FX Forwards books, providing accurate pricing and full product support to client base

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Inherent requirements
• 2 year’s (minimum) experience of Money Market sales within Romanian market
• Advance spreadsheet skills
• FSA Accredited
• Knowledge of NDF’s
• Some knowledge of technical analysis
• Strong communication skills
• An articulate phone manner
• Banking and Sales background
• Knowledge of traded products
Job role
• Contribution to Sales business
• To be knowledgeable and proficient in the full range of Global Market products, including Derivates, Fixed Income, Money Market, Credit and all FX products including NDF’s
• Over time to demonstrate the potential Sales ability by contributing and trading ideas at team meetings and open forums
• Understand the business environment that supports the client facing, sales & distribution activities
• Comply with policies, globally and locally, which seek to maximise revenue outcomes from opportunities available
