About the Company :
The company is a leading recruitment consultancy headquartered in London and covering the key markets of Eastern Europe. We specialise in placing mid to senior level professionals across a range of functions and industry sectors.

About the Job :
We require a number of freelance/part-time Agents to represent our company across Eastern Europe.

Successful candidates will spearhead our efforts to reach out to the key decision makers in the HR community and inform them on how our products could add value to their recruitment process.

The role can be based anywhere in Eastern Europe and involves:
• Identifying potential leads, primarily HR managers of large companies
• Meeting with prospective clients to present our products and services
• Advising clients on the most suitable product for their needs

There will be no fixed working hours or specific work location. Successful candidates may work from home or own office, in their current country of residence, and arrange own schedule for meeting with prospective clients.

Compensation will be by way of a percentage commission on sales generated. There is no limit on the amount of commission earned and Agents who meet targets could expect to earn very attractive monthly commissions.

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
We are seeking professionals experienced in Human Resources, and recruitment in particular, who wish to work on a freelance / part-time basis.

The role is ideally suited to self-employed HR professionals, those working on a part-time basis, or small business owners active in the field of HR who wish to leverage their existing network to earn additional income.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate:
• High level of honesty and professional integrity
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in recruiting and HR
• Effective communication skills
• Computer literacy, including comfort and familiarity with the Internet

To succeed in this role, you must be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work on your own to achieve end results. Having a network of senior contacts in the HR community would be a significant asset.
