About the Job :
| On behalf of a leading company we are seeking an HR specialist. This position will offer support in all areas of human resources. Responsibilities include: Lead improvement teams focused on employee survey items, ensure compliance with HR guidelines, goals and applicable laws. Drive performance management process at all levels of the organization. You will also assist in the designing and delivering of training, oversee the on-the-job training program. You will complete the annual wage and benefit survey and recommend adjustments to the compensation structure, assist with succession planning process, workers compensation and HRMS/Payroll. |

Profile of Ideal Candidate :
To qualify for this position you will need to have 3-5 years experience in a General HR role
