About the Job :
Our client, a leading provider of IT and payment solutions to the finance and leasing industry is looking for experienced Account Managers. Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop the leasing and financing business with customers in Eastern Europe – Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. This includes working with Finance Partners on a day-to-day basis to develop and insure successful market and business solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quota by working with sales managers account managers and service personnel to provide financial solutions.
• Provide creative deal structuring and sales support for strategic sales opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with Ops Directors, RSMs and account managers in the sales organization
• Maintain an awareness of competitor activities
• Meeting with customers to negotiate pricing and structuring discussions



Profile of Ideal Candidate :
Competencies/Skills Required

• Strong ability to build and manage long-term relationships with executive customers and internal management
• Prior high level sales and marketing proven record
• Proven experience in sales to large Enterprises, Public market with emphasis on direct leasing programs. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Self starter and self motivated, strong sales drive
• Ability to generate creative and flexible solutions to problems and opportunities, show high levels of initiative
• Solid commercial finance background; sound financial skills
• Thorough understanding of financial arithmetic, leasing contracts and legislation, lease accounting, field sales and management
• Advanced understanding of the operating lease product
• Computer literate
• Time management focused
• Results driven
• High attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills: professionalism, team and collaboration skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
