ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


1.	Operate switchboard to receive incoming calls directing caller to person, voicemail or taking messages, as required. 

2.	Collect and distribute incoming mail and faxes. Responsible for daily mail deposits and arranging courier collection as requested.

3.	Maintain general office housekeeping including liaison with external vendors

4.	Maintaining office equipment, including copiers and printers, in good running order.

5.	Organizing maintenance and repairs of premises as required.

6.	Responsible for faxing, copying, or mailing as requested and keeping supplies for each stocked

7.	Ensure the efficient operation of the company’s premises and facilities in Moscow/ St Petersburg.

8.	Establish and assist with meeting and interview requirements including room reservation and set up, greeting guests, and providing refreshments as required.

   <description>Our client, a leading investment house, is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Investment Analyst. The position will be responsible for:
* Financial evaluation of projects as potential investment opportunities in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
* Valuation of investment opportunities in the primary and secondary markets in the region.
* Creating and managing a database of market data pertinent to the hydrocarbon industry in Russia.
* Identifying and providing a preliminary valuation opinion on potential acquisition targets that are in line with the Company’s business plan.
The candidate must have:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a CFA.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in financial modelling, report writing and valuation.
* An in-depth knowledge of the hydrocarbon industry preferably in Russia.
* Excellent report writing and communications skills are essential. Bilingual (English and Russian) candidates will be preferred.

The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and appropriate commercial software.
