Installation and training The Analyst will undertake on site assignments installing TSYS Card Tech's software on the clients hardware and train the clients on the use of the software. The Analyst must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel. Travelling abroad is an essential part of this job. Performance is measured by the ability to secure from the site the required Certificate of Acceptance (COA). Service Desk The Analyst will be expected to address problems reported by clients on bugs identified in the software.
