Responsibilities
- Acting as an active daily point-of-contact for VIP customers
- Providing VIP customers with adequate technical advice and professional consulting on the whole range of products
- Promoting all the new and existing banking products and services to customers
- Reviewing and maintaining loan files systematically

- Higher education in banking, finance or economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail banking
- Excellent knowledge of retail banking products including loan
- Strong commercial and marketing skills
- Fluent English and French as a must
