The RoleThe RoleTooling and Development Engineer, Near Shrewsbury Salary £30K - £35K plus benefits including assistance with relocation costs where required Our client, a well-respected £multimillion manufacturer of cold-forged products for the automotive and construction industries is looking to recruit a Design and Development Engineer. Essential to this position are: • CAD experience • A good comprehension of cold-forming principles across a wide range of material types. • Excellent team working and communication skills. • Good customer-facing skills Candidates with the following attributes will have a distinct advantage: • Experience with “Multi Die Heading” tool design. • Knowledge of automotive quality standards including TS16949 2002. • FEA Simulation software. • Education to Degree or HNC level. • Linguistic ability in a central European Language – in particular Polish or Czech. |
