The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our support team. Responsibilities for the position will include installation, consultation, support and maintenance, primarily of Microsoft & some NetWare based networks. This knowledge, together with Enterprise networking experience (LAN, WAN, Groupware and Firewalls) will be necessary for the successful candidates. |
RequirementsRequirementsProven knowledge in Microsoft, NetWare, Cisco, Enterasys and Checkpoint is required. A minimum of five (5) years experience, together with at least three (3) certifications:such as Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNE, Cisco CCNA, Enterasys ESE or Checkpoint CCSE is required. The candidates must have a history of customer service excellence and a commitment to continuing education and training.
