We are a leading provider of online services in the Middle East and is looking for smart, passionate and hard-working professionals to join our young, fast growing and multi-cultural team. We require a Senior Recruiter to plan and execute the recruitment strategy of the company. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and supported by the administration team. Main responsibilities includes • Liaise with Line Managers to determine recruitment needs • Prepare pipeline and resource planning for the list of current vacancies • Prepare job advertisements and liaise with advertising media and/or recruitment agencies • Source CVs by posting jobs on online and offline media, participating in recruiting events and searching CV databases • Manage the admin team in screening and short listing of CVs for interview • Interview candidates over the phone and on-site with speed and efficiency • Produce recruiting reports, including Excel spreadsheets to track interview activity • Perform reference checks • Negotiate offers The successful candidate can expect a very competitive salary, as well as the opportunity for tremendous growth and learning in a highly-driven, fast-paced environment. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidate Requirements • Excellent communication skills and outstanding English writing skills. • At least 3 years experience as a recruitment consultant or in a corporate recruitment role • Strong organization and management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently • Self-directed, result-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute • Maintain a high level of confidentiality • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Typical previous job titles: Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Executive, Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, HR Officer. |
