The RoleThe Role Expand Customer base & Identify new customers Identify key projects, submit prequalification Building relationship with key personnel within a customers site, increase orders/enquiries Understanding customer needs and providing solutions accordingly. Preparation of presentation and proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements. Coordinating and resolving customer service issues in manner that retains the customer and provides opportunity to additional revenue in future. Assisting the purchasing department in pending enquiries and sourcing quotes locally Assisting the finance department in collecting unpaid debts Interact with the operations department to ensure that customer needs are met. Travelling as needed to call on customers, make customer call Management of personal travel and entertainment budget. Assist work with government organizations for operational support as required Supervise inventory team. Work on relevant company business as instructed by General Manager Assist tendering department in identifying missing details, OEMs etc. for spares & samples Ensure on time submission of quotes Ensure purchase department delivers, locally purchased spares to BP on time Update quote register Should be able to work to and deliver the sales targets under pressure environment |
RequirementsRequirements Proven track record as a sales engineer for at least 3 years Mechanical engineer Knowledge of Engineered pumps, rotating equipment Experience in Baku Market ,preferably with International oil companies Well versed with preparing Techno commercial quotations Excellent English, Russian and MS office skills are essential Presentable with good presentation and Inter personal skills |
