The RoleThe RoleEssential Functions (Responsibilities): * Reporting to the Regional Channel Manager, you are responsible to achieve the assigned sales volume, following the Pricing policies and procedures * Drive growth in by developing your customer base and acquiring new customers. * With the help of the application engineers, visit customers and promote existing/new products, providing technical support and instructions and participating to Sales exhibitions. * Develop and successfully execute lighting sales strategies to exceed the Sales and Profitability targets. * Gather and share product and market information with product managers and application engineers. * Participate in weekly reviews (QMI) with Sales leaders to report out volume and market information. * Manage customer relationship according to the rules of the company and increase customer satisfaction through 6 Sigma. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications/Requirements: * Technical degree (Engineering, Electrical Engineering) * 3+ years experience selling lighting products/services in similar markets * High level of personal drive to improve the company's presence in the market * Demonstrated planning and execution skills * Demonstrated ability to grow a customer base. * High-energy team player with good interpersonal skills. * Proven previous experience in dealing with all level of people at customers, ability to make an impact on company leaders. * Fluent English, written and spoken + Czech language Desired: * Negotiation and presentation skills |
