The RoleThe RoleHoneywell Aerospace has a global SAP competence center in Brno, Czech Republic that supports the implementation of SAP. Responsibilities: •Create ERP implementation plan/special project plans •Main Interface between Leadership Team & Functional Leaders •Identify and mitigate program level risks •Ensure integration of the ERP projects with ongoing initiatives •Lead system and people for specific projects •Manage business process governance •Ensure ERP projects meet time and cost goals •Drive ERP Business Plan that provides for business transformation •Clearly ensure compliance with SOX, FAA, DoD, Foreign Government requirements, etc •Achieve highly effective implementations that meet business expectations |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience/Skills Required: •Fluent in spoken and written English •Leadership for two previous SAP deployments in complex large scale businesses •Strong Program Management Skills in using implementation methodologies and business analysis tools. •University degree in an analytic field such as engineering, business management, or computer science •Excellent hands-on skill with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project •Experience directing large groups of multi-national resources working at multiple locations •A balanced mix of skills – driver, facilitator, detail level executor. •Ability to make decisions under time constraints often taking calculated risks •Capable of making informed decisions when all information is not present •Excellent team player skills, with strong oral and written communication skill •Ability to communicate and coordinate activities across many tasks •Ability to create and follow a plan relentlessly •Willingness to travel 75% to various Aero EMEA facilities |
