The RoleThe Role- Maximizing existing hardware, software and telecommunication capabilities - Recommend new technologies, systems and equipment to support changing requirements. - Priortize and schedule all new and on-going projects conferring with managers as required on project status and deviations to plans - Develop and maintain appropriate disaster recovery plans to ensure continued business operations. - Provide management with long term development planning strategies - Keeping abreast of evolving technologies and makes recommendations regarding improved systems and equipments. - Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with outside providers to ensure companyˇ¦s systems are adequately supported and understood. - Plan, monitor and control department budgets - Ensure company policies and operating procedures are adhered to - Provide staff supervision including determining resources required, hiring, staff scheduling and delegation |
RequirementsRequirementsDemonstrative Evidences on : - Project Management - Design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT services - Decisions and recommendations on highly technical and complex issues - Developing solutions to troubleshoot internal IT problems - Improving internal systems Qualifications: - Degree in computer Engineering or equivalent qualification - Strong IT technical background in terms of qualification and experience - Project Management Experience - Knowledge of quality management, human resources, financial and other administrative principles and practices - Strong interpersonal and communications - Self starter and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems |
