Kendle is currently seeking talented Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding Global Recruitment team. Based in our office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands you will have responsibility for supporting hiring managers across all brands to ensure the supply of quality candidates for vacancies in Germany. RequirementsRequirementsCandidate should have demonstrated Recruiting experience gained in either an agency or corporate setting. Knowledge of the CRO and/or pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial. Proven track record in direct sourcing required. •Candidate must be highly customer focused and possess excellent communications skills, both verbal & written. A good level of spoken & written English is essential as is the ability to multi task & work within a high pressure environment to meet recruitment deadlines. •Candidate should be proactive and able to work independently and understand and carry out detailed instruction. He/she should be able to interact with staff from multiple departments. Applies skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all administrative and specialized functions in the Company, a sound good understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and local employment legislation •Candidate should be attentive to detail, flexible, open to suggestions. He/she must be able to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project. Candidate/incumbent should have strong analytical skills to design and maintain databases and develop recruiting metrics to measure success of programs and the ability to work as a team player. •Candidate should be PC literate (MS office/Recruitment ATS systems) |
