With continuing innovative marketing and excellent follow-through construction, MIS maintains a strong market position and remains poised for further growth in the future. -Review Tender Package of assigned bids, Feed clear synopsis to Bid Control System, ensure proper distribution of the Tender docs to various disciplines within the organization for Technical inputs, pricing, QA/QC/ HSE requirements, Coordination with Estimators, Engineering and departments via. production, Planning, QA/QC Commercial, Operations, Prepare and submit Techno- Commercial proposals for Vessels, Skids, Misc Works of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Heavy Industries, attending client clarification, Contract Negotiations in Pre & Post award of the project/ Bids.. -Coordination with the various disciplines, Preparation of Pricing summary & detailed spreadsheets for Management review as well as clientˇ¦s schedule of pricing, compiling the Techno-Commercial proposal as per clientˇ¦s requirement. -Making proposals based on client's requirement and preparing Project execution plan/Work Methodology, preparation of Finance / Bond/ Freight Charges as applicable. Checking other departments for various inputs like HSE statistics/ QC documentation requirements/ credentials of company. Requesting Finance Department for Bid Bonds as applicable. - Prepare complete proposal and review with Lead Proposals Engineer/Proposals Manager, ensure Submission of the proposals in a timely manner as per client requirements, techno-commercial clarification Receipts & submittals, Attending client meetings as required, Contractual clarifications in the pre & post order stage. -Well conversed with multi discipline project activities, technical write-ups, study of commercial conditions. Coordination with planning department for the schedules preparation and follow-up with procurement department for timely obtaining quotes. -Receipt of LOI/ PO/ Contract, Review of same, Making Acknowledgement, preparation of final spreadsheet, handing of complete copy of files to Project Department for the execution of the project, Clarifying project department queries during project execution. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering/ Diploma in Engineering 7 - 10 years experience in proposals/ estimation Good Oral, written communication skills Ability to work in fast & schedule oriented environment to meet client short time spans. |
