The RoleThe RoleCompany: For our Client, a multinational company which promotes, develops and manages projects in renewable energies, waste recycling and agro industry, we are looking now for a Project Manager / Expansion Department Responsibilities: • Legal management of the project • Secure property titles over the plots of land • Permitting management of the project relating to different authorities • Technical / Commercial / Economic / Administrative management of the project • Participation in the coordination of the projects and buildings process • Seeking, locating, analyzing and studying the different future projects for the different lines of business in the energetic sector • To analyze and assure urban, legal, technical and economical feasibility of the projects in study • Negotiation in sale-purchase or rent of areas and places, both with the Public Administrations and private owners, for the development of the projects. |
RequirementsRequirements• Technical Bachelors Degree (preferably in energy or electrical fields) • Minimum experience of 4-6 years in related responsible position, preferably inside the electrical sector (knowledge of renewable energies is considered an asset) • Will be valued similar experience in business development • Experience in permitting processes • Availability for traveling • High level of English • Driving License |
