Our Client, is a growth-oriented, diversified downstream petroleum company having business interests in terminal, processing, trading, shipping and distribution of its products in Dubai is looking to recruit a TECHNICAL PROCUREMENT ANALYST for their operations. This role is responsible for providing and performing procurement of goods and services to end-users consistent with existing procedures and policy in a cost effective and professional manner to protect Company interests. Participate in supplier certification / pre-qualification, conduct techno-commercial analysis and participate in the development of systems and procedures towards simplification of work process, automation and process re-engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Implement and execute the purchasing activities, in accordance with Company Policy. *Provide effective and efficient procurement deliverable in-line with Company's standards and procedures. *Accountable for implementation of purchasing plan and strategies in an effective manner. *Ensure timely placement of purchase orders of various divisions. *Ensure standards of ethics, fairness in procurement activities are maintained, seek to uphold and enhance the integrity of the procurement process as well as maintain strict confidentiality of documents pertaining to procurement. |
RequirementsRequirementsKEY ATTRIBUTES: *Bachelors Degree in Science or Business Administration or relevant Engineering from accredited institution. *3 - 5 years direct and relevant experience in a procurement function within and oil/gas or petrochemical industry. *Professional Certification in Material / Supply Management will be desirable. Salary: AED 18,000 |
