The Role

We require a PA to report to the Operations Manager. You must have a strong mathematical aptitude, solid analytical skills and be able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and completion.

Reporting to Operations Manager and managing a team of 3 Admin Executives, you would be responsible for:
• Managing service providers
• Overseeing the provision of basic administrative support to the team through assigning projects to Junior Admin Staff
• Overseeing the administration of sales orders including invoicing, logging the orders, follow up payments if necessary, issuing receipts and setting up client accounts.
• Managing the company’s relationship with the bank.
• Managing the administration and logistics for the firm’s marketing campaigns
• Participating in firm building initiatives, including re-engineering business processes to maximise efficiency

• Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding service provider management skills
• Distinctive analytical problem-solving skills, combined with excellent business judgment
• Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle difficult situations and people
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to participate at all levels of the business
