The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of Europe's leading real estate property consultancies. - Identify new potential clients for the Tenant Representation Department - Contact potential occupiers by telephone, mailing and other means, - Raise necessary detailed information from the media (newspapers, internet, etc) about each office company/potential tenant, conducting discussions with the client with the view to conclude Tenant Representation Contracts / Instructions - Produce the Tenant Requirement Brief - Assist the Back Office Agency in producing the Power Point presentations and documents for Tenant's Pitch - Prepare tailor-made `Tenant Representation Contract' or the `Consultancy Agreement for search of office space' as appropriate; prepare offers with the assistance of the agency back-office - Advise on and identify with the client the short list of suitable properties - Conduct viewing with clients to identified properties - Prepare leasing documentation - Negotiate lease contracts and close deals - Assist the Marketing Dept in preparing mailing materials and press releases - Provide written update reports on potential suitable office developments to the Tenants represented by the Company |
RequirementsRequirements- University degree - Appropiate sales attitude - Relevant sales experience in Office Agency is required - Self-driven, well-organized and adaptive - Fluent in English - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office |
