The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose: Create, develop and implement the complex solutions for the customers. Principal Accountabilities: - Create, develop and manage complex service solutions for customers aiming to meet their requirements and enhance level of customer satisfaction. - Ensure that programs are developed in most optimal, profitable and cost effective manner. - Plan and manage human and operational resources to ensure the successful deployment of the developed programs. - Serve as the primary interface between the commercial and operational departments in order to provide support in identify the requirements customers. - Evaluate the current supply chain scenarios of target clients and identify optimal alternative solutions. - Evaluate and control the implementation of the developed NCS Management programs in order to ensure the fulfillment of agreed actions and determine the areas for required development. - Select, recommend, negotiate and coordinate sub-contracted activities when company standard solutions are not appropriate. - Timely provide reports as per set standards as well as per requested format. |
RequirementsRequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Experience: - Relevant business qualification or equivalent - 2 years operational / services management experience, and comprehensive knowledge of forwarding/warehousing industry - Commercial awareness and/or experience - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and oral communication ability both English and Russian, as well as strong presentation skills - Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities - PC skills. |
